2. Description of Service
MyAdBooster is a digital advertising platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Our services include:
- AI-assisted ad creation and targeting
- Campaign management and publishing via Meta's advertising API
- Lead capture and delivery to your dashboard
- Payment processing via Razorpay
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid mobile number and organization name.
- Your organization name serves as your unique identifier on the platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Not submit ad content that is false, misleading, offensive, defamatory, or violates Meta's advertising policies.
- Not use the platform to promote illegal products, services, or activities.
- Ensure that you have the rights to all content (public/images, videos, text) you submit for ad campaigns.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
5. Ad Content and Approval
All ad campaigns are subject to review by our team and by Meta's automated systems. We reserve the right to:
- Reject or modify ad content that does not comply with our guidelines or Meta's policies.
- Suspend or terminate your account for repeated policy violations.
We are not responsible for ads rejected by Meta's platform after submission.
6. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Campaign packages must be paid in full before campaign activation.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will not affect already-paid campaigns.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details. In summary, refunds are generally not available once a campaign has been launched.
8. Facebook / Instagram Integration
- By connecting your Facebook Page, you authorize MyAdBooster to create and manage ads on your behalf.
- You remain responsible for your Facebook/Instagram accounts and their compliance with Meta's Terms of Service.
- We are not liable for any action taken by Meta on your account, including account restrictions or ad rejections.
9. Leads and Data
- Leads generated through your campaigns are delivered to your dashboard as-is.
- You must handle lead data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- We do not guarantee a specific number of leads from any campaign.
10. Intellectual Property
- The MyAdBooster platform, its design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.
- You retain ownership of ad creatives you provide. By submitting them, you grant us a license to use them for the purpose of running your campaigns.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyAdBooster shall not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business resulting from ad performance.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Disruptions caused by Meta's platform, payment gateway downtime, or third-party services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific campaign in question.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may also deactivate your account by contacting us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
