MyAdBooster is a digital advertising platform that creates and runs paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram on behalf of businesses. Campaign budgets are forwarded to Meta (Facebook) advertising systems upon activation. Due to this nature, our refund policy is limited as described below.
Once a campaign has been approved and launched on Facebook/Instagram, no refunds will be issued. This is because the advertising budget has already been committed to Meta's ad platform, and we cannot recover funds already spent on running ads.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment by contacting our support team.
In exceptional cases where a campaign fails to launch due to a platform error on our side, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any payment gateway (Razorpay) transaction charges. These charges are non-refundable as they are levied by the payment provider.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or card issuer.
